School year 2023-24.

Hope you had a great summer break!
We plan to resume our regular classes after Labor Day on Thursday Sept 7th. It’s a late start this year as August is packed with events like student Arangetram, Artist workshop for students and college move for my elder one.
The first day to start will be Sept 7th, 8th or 10 th respectively based on your day of classes. Specific details related to your class will come to the WhatsApp group.
There are few common updates.

1. Fees will be collected twice a year with 36 classes planned for Academic year 2023-24. Our class of 2024 is the Varnam class that will be ending in March along with their Annual Recital. So they have a shorter course this year. Your first payment date will by Sept 1st . And the second payment date Jan 14th. Last day of regular classes being May 19th 2024.
2. Our Annual recital is planned for March 10th, 2024 at MCL Grand theatre In Lewisville. Mark your calendar. So please plan your spring break accordingly.
3. Going forward, we plan on a mandatory exam/ test for all the beginner and intermediate levels classes. We are still working on the options.
4. The classes and dates are planned. The schedule/fees for your classes will be out next week. Most of the timings will remain the same. Except the Saturday classes are now moved to Sunday afternoon. Sorry if this has caused you any inconvenience. Reach out to me in that case. Your WhatsApp group will get specific messages related to your class.
